The Astrological Network - Foreign Congresses (Part One) By Christian Borup (p. 6) While the ARC (Astrological Registration and Communication) might be known to the majority of the astrologers in Denmark, some may never have heard of it. As an introduction to the numerous activities taking place internationally, Christian presents the main objectives of the ARC, accentuating the importance of such a global network -- especially in view of the present Uranus/Neptune conjunction. The Uranus/Neptune Conjunction in the Autumn of 1993 By Adrian Ross Duncan (p. 49) The influence of the Uranus/Neptune conjunction lasts for a period of 5 years. So, in the timing of events it is interesting to examine when this conjunction is triggered by other planets. In September 1993, Uranus/Neptune will be activated by Mars and Jupiter in Libra. It is worth noting the very sensitive points at 20 cardinal signs in the chart of Egypt, as well as Serbia's Sun at 20 Cancer, and the Moon at 20 Capricorn in the chart of Communist Jugoslavia. The Statistics did not Score By Lars Steen Larsen (p. 55) The statistics published in Stjernerne, June 1993 -- showing the high rate of football players with the Sun in Aries -- are called into dispute by the mathematical analyses made by the Danish astrologer Lars Steen Larsen. His main conclusions are that a study like this must be based on a considerably larger number of data -- and that none of the signs show any significance when the correct mathematical tests are applied.
